Modern and clean. The bed was large and fabulous. The shower was lovely. The AC worked great. Lovely little terrace, we had a nice meal there and our breakfast. Hot tub in the room was neat. Location was great, could walk everywhere. We LOVED alghero. What a beautiful town. The sunset was stunning. We loved walking around the old town and around the seawalls. Wish we had of stayed 2-3 nights in this town. One of our favorite towns in Sardinia. Grocery store just down from the apartment and fruit stand downstairs. complimentary water in the fridge was nice :)

The location is perfect - 2 shops and great food places nearby and a bus stop right outside. Would definitely recommend.

The place is brand new and in a key position to discover the city center of Cagliari (15mins drive) and all the great beaches south of Cagliari (20-50 mins drive) from Poetto which is the closest to Villasimius which lies the furthest. If you come by car as we did this is the best accommodation you can get in Cagliari! Owner and his colleague Ana were very kind and always accessible.

The property exceeded our expectations, it is really 9+ place to stay for a couple of days. Is really nice that small refreshments such as coffee, water or small snacks are included in the price!
