Stefanie was extremely helpful and she gave us recommendations on the best nearby restaurants. She even arranged for us a transfer. We also used the laundry service that had a convenience price. The hotel style is very unique and beautiful, in the middle of a garden of tropical plants and a small pool, giving you a much relax feeling after the more busy city vibe of Kuta. The hotel located in a quiet area, but still walking distance to main street and many good restaurants. The outdoor bathroom is so beautiful with nature and vegetation, especially with lighting at night. (just be mindful of the harmless little millipedes taking a troll in the outdoor bathroom once in a while). Despite this interesting setting of cottage vibe, everything is very well maintained and clean, with room make up every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The Villas are AMAZING. Probably one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. I thought I booked just a apartment/studio with a shared pool, to my surprise (and clearly didnt read the description) but I had a private rooftop pool all too myself. The rooms are beautifully designed, styled - all the items are amazing quality. Comfy beds, beautiful light space and all amenities. I am obsessed with the Villas - the room service options for Ricky D's, the staff were so lovely - recommending everyone to stay and will book again x1000 over!
