My stay at Afroditi Venus Beach Hotel & Spa was simply unforgettable. The private beach and wellness center were the highlights of my trip. The room was elegantly furnished and had a balcony where I could soak in the sea breeze. The spa treatments were rejuvenating, and the indoor pool and hot tub were a dream. The hotel staff's hospitality and the stunning beachfront location make this a must-visit destination for a perfect getaway.

Very helpful to order taxi when needed and good advises on what to do or not do on a daily basis. Great breakfast in a lovely garden. Special thanks to Mme Sophia. But plane was very late, car rented through booking.com was cancelled automatically after 12.00 and booking.com refused to reimburse! Never use their service for car rental.

From travelling around Santorini we found Kamari to be the best part of the island. It is clean, has lovely restaurants and shops and whilst the beach is pebbly there are free sun lounges with a beautiful view out to sea. We hired a car and it was easy and free to park it near by. We would also recommend the Atlantis museum and the open air cinema.

A very neat promenade with a number of nicely decorated restaurants. However, when you go deeper inland, it is not arranged like that. The beach is better towards the big rock, because it has a better access to the sea.

The location is ok-ish as you have the beach (Kamari) nearby and some hikes that start a few hundreds of meters away from the property (e.g. Ancient Thira). There’s also a bus that can get you to Fira. There are also plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and even a great coffee shop and bakery at walking distance from the property. You’ll find street parking nearby and can perform self check in and check out which is convenient.
We didn’t like the facilities that much and the cleanliness. We found ants around the bed and didn’t get the room cleaned even when we asked for it. We left the “clean room sign” on the door and all we got were new towels.

It really is a good location.
It really is a good location. You do NOT want to be in Thira - just too busy.
Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from along the seafront.
Small compact little town with a bus service that seems to get well used. Bus stop is just up the road from the Hotel. Service is regular to other parts of the island. Do not drive unless you are competent and confident. They are nutters. Roads are not really adequate for a scooter - that's why we chose a quad bike. You need to be early or late into Thira because when the cruise ships disgorge their human cargo you get swept along with the tide - not good. It can get really hot during the day so suncream and hat and water a MUST.

Santorini is a beautiful island, we all know that.
Santorini is a beautiful island, we all know that. Oia and Fira are picture perfect cities. But to really enjoy holidays, go to Kamari. You don't have to walk far to go to the beach. And the beach is amazing. It's amazing vibe there, with great bars and restaurants. And you have buses all day long to go to Fira / Oia.
Everything was perfect. We arrived earlier and checked in as soon as the room was ready. The host was exceptionally great and he helped us with everything that we were suppose to do in Santorini. The room was very very clean and very comfortable. They cleaned our room every day. There are all the facilities that you need for a perfect vacation. The breakfast was great and diverse. The location is great, it has it’s own pool with lounge area and bar. The staff was very helpful. I would for sure recommend Hotel 28 for your stay in Santorini.
Casa Iphigenia is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Santorini. The location is ideal, literally two minutes walk from Kamari Beach which has a strip of cafes, restaurants, shops and bars. The property itself is very well maintained by friendly staff and has all of the amenities you need for a lovely vacation.
We were a family of two parents and a 6-year old child. The manager and staff were exceptionally friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. It’s perfect!
Mr and Mrs Moschatos were wonderful hosts, they did their best to ensure that we have a pleasant and carefree stay in Santorini.
We got a spacious apartment that had both seaside and mountain view. It was nicely decorated and had all the facilities you'd need.
It might be one of the best locations in Kamari: close to the main bus stop and close to Kamari Beach (<5 minutes walk, there's even a private alley down to the beach). There are lots of amazing tavernas nearby, plus Santorini's best bakery.
- Perfect location next to the beach and Cretan Bakery where you will find absolutely amazing pastries, cakes and sweats. 2 mins walk to bus stop which you can go to Fira and other parts of Santorini.
- Friendly staff, especially one gentleman from reception, very kind and helpful all the time.
- Delicious breakfast.
- Nice food and coctails in Kordas restaurant, can honestly recommend, affordable prices.
- Room was cleaned every day.
- Large pool.
- Easy to get from Airport to Hotel and return.
The decor and amenities were excellent. Everything was perfect for our stay. At the far end of the beach -- with private access to beach -- so felt secluded while being just a few steps away from the all that the beach community had to offer. Adriana went above and beyond in helping arrange transportation, and she nailed it with her dining recommendations. If we make it back to Santorini, Moschatos Beach House will be our first choice.
Great location in a very quaint part of Santorini, staff are amazing and helpful, property is clean and you can tell they take care of it, it smells clean the moment you arrive. Breakfast is great, beautiful views in the morning. Strip of shopping/restaurants nearby. Spa and gym facilities are amazing. Mini market within walking distance. Overall - 12/10!! We hope to be able to visit again and would stay here in a heartbeat.
The staff were really friendly, before our arrival they offered two different room to choose, what was a really nice gesture. The location is great, as the beach is only for a few minutes and the bus station is 10 minutes by walk. This hotel was our best choice comparing the price, location and quality in Santorini. The swimming pool is also nice. We would choose Azalea for our next visit also.
we liked everything, the hotel is very beautiful, well decorated, in front of the beach, very calm, close to the airport, adorable staff, we were very well treated, we love everything and we recommend it to everyone, it is an excellent option for anyone who wants to stay close to the airport, or even to visit the beaches of Santorini
Location was very good....in Front of the sea.... I would recommend to take a sea view apartment. But overall it's very great place to live in. Very near to the airport so very comfortable. The place is situated like in the centre of Santorini which is kind of helpful for commuting.
The hotel location is perfect, 3 mins walk distance to reach Kamari beach, a good site to see sunrise. I have to mention the breakfast is amazing, all of us like it, plus the staffs there are so friendly, I would like to book this hotel again if I visit Santorini in further future.
Our stay at the hotel acropole sunrise was perfect, Stamatis and Petros are very kind and friendly people, very helpful. The room was very clean, perfect in every respect. A view over the kamari coast was gorgeous. Thank you for making our Santorini vacation very special.
Our hosts was incredibly sweet and cheerful. We have some delicious homemade pastry every morning. They give us good advise for what to do and eat in Santorini. Room was clean and lovely. Hotel is very close to beach. We would like to come again in the next opportunity.
I liked the hospitality of the staff.staff is very kind and helpful especially your receptionist Katia. She helped us a lot.She is very sweet and helpful.again if I get a chance to stay in Santorini will consider your hotel!!
had a great time. the attention to the customer, recommendations like renting a car, allowing us to leave baggage early… all of that was appreciated because you made our experience in santorini that much better. thank you
Manolis was very attentive. He provided a comfortable stay, transportation when needed and all the amenities necessary for our stay. We appreciated his excellent hospitality as our first experience arriving at Santorini!
From the moment you arrive at the hotel you are treated like royalty. The staff, facilities, food, and location are top notch. The only place we will ever stay at in Santorini. Thank you Demetrius for everything.
Location is in the city center, hotel is nice and clean. Personnel is also very friendly and kind. We liked the pool which is very nice option to the rocky Santorini beaches. :)
all was great. only downfall is that water. The filtering was not right so the water in the place is still bit salty unlike in some other places we stayed on Santorini.
