Delightful building & gardens set in such peaceful countryside but less than 3 miles from the hospital.
The staff are incredibly helpful & kind. Unfortunately I’d left my car headlights switched on overnight, & so had a flat battery in the morning, but one of the staff allowed me to jumpstart my car from his.
Lovely inventive menu with fresh delicious produce. All areas are nice, the terrace outside, the conservatory restaurant & the bar area are all attractive.

I couldn't fault the hotel, it was lovely. The room was great, the facilities were clean. The food was amazing. The pool was a little smaller than we expected but it was great, it was clean and it wasnt too cold. Everything was clean and tidy, the staff was lovely, it was an overall great stay.

Nice room with lovely comfy bed. Veggie breakfast was very nice. Friendly staff. The only annoying thing was ( what I think) a very noisy air con unit, which was humming for hours. I think it may have been outside, didn't really spoil my stay as lots of pros but being a bad sleeper, it can get annoying. Stayed here twice now and definitely will be back.

We chose the Claremont because it was close to the M6 and had breakfast included, and we couldn't have made a better choice. Room was comfortable and spacious, staff were friendly and helpful, and the cooked breakfast was fantastic. Excellent value for money, will stay here again next time we need an M6 stopover between Scotland and the south-east.

The property was in good condition. The staff were attentive and friendly. The room was very comfortable with nice furnishings, and it had a lovely shower. The food at dinner and breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was very good and very welcoming. Breakfast was continental buffet and yummy. I was able to order takeout delivery from a local place in the evening without any issues.
I would stay again. Bed was comfy and the room was a very good size. Especially liked the balcony with the table and chairs on.

Shocking standard - cold room chinese water torture from the toilet (constantly dripping) poor water pressure in shower - mix n match towels and bedding - needs a total upgrade and redec.
Very cold - no hot breakfast (I don’t consider porridge a hot Brekkie )
Absolutely dire - the worst place I have ever stayed would’ve been better sleeping in the car
